Looking to take a private individual or group lesson? Come on down!

I’m now offering private individual or group lessons in Central Maine. Perhaps heading to the studio is your first choice, but the schedule just doesn’t work with yours. Maybe you’re looking to work on alignment, or you like undivided attention from your instructor, perhaps you just don’t feel comfortable in a group yoga setting, or maybe you do, but you’d like to pick the group you’re with. Whatever the reasoning, private lessons are a great way to deepen your practice during a day and time that fits your schedule.

Yoga has helped me in so many ways, both on and off the mat and whatever your goals as a yogi may be, I would love to help you attain them.

Downtown Facing Dog; Yoga in the Park Makes a Cameo

Yoga in the Park, sponsored by Downtown Yoga and Healing Arts made a cameo in today’s Kennebec Journal! If you’d like to join the class, it’s not too late. New Class: Relax, Restore and Rejuvenate

I’m extremely excited to announce a new class offering at the Big White Barn in Readfield, Maine beginning this Thursday, August 4th at 5:15 pm. Join me for a calming, restorative class to help wind down your week and prepare you for a relaxing Friday and weekend. This will be an all-levels gentle class, with a focus on nurturing and pampering each student. We often neglect ourselves on a daily basis, why not take the time to care for yourself in a beautiful environment. I look forward to seeing new and old faces.

Be one with yourself and nature during a new Yoga in the Park series! Every Wednesday beginning July 13th – August 31st, join both experienced and new practitioners in the outdoors for a 45 minute yoga session. Bring namaste to hump day!
